Success
WHAT IS SUCCESS?

We all want to succeed. Every one wants to be a winner. But what is success? Who is a winner? Does success mean being popular, consolidating power, enjoying prestige, maximizing happiness? Is the winner the one who commands huge audiences, gets his way, wins elections, emerges as a sports icon? Is it he who is a popular celebrity, rich and famous, adored by countless fans, pictured and interviewed all over the world, viewed as a super hero? Or is it he whose children are educated in the best of the educational institutions, excel in their careers? Being successful is a widely understood concept, not always good.

Difeanation of success ?
Many people want to achieve success in life, but it's easier said than done. There are so many distractions that it can be challenging to discipline oneself to accomplish a monumental goal.

Short story about success ?
He went to college but decided to drop out because it was too expensive. Recalling his time there Steve Jobs said, "I didn’t have a dorm room, so I slept on the floor in friends’ rooms, I returned coke bottles for the 5¢ deposits to buy food with, and I would walk the 7 miles across town every Sunday night to get one good meal a week at the Hare Krishna temple , but now he is owener one of the biggest phone company in the world.
Types of Success:
1.  Family Success

Don't Sacrifice Everything
Many people go into business for one single purpose - to make money. There's nothing wrong with that, but one should be careful if their only objective in life is to make money.
2.  Personal Success

Have Some Time to Yourself

One of the most important things you can have when running a successful business, is to have time for yourself.
Every small business owner needs to make time to be quiet.

3.  Business Success

When you start to grow your business, sometimes you need to ask yourself some tough questions. You may think your business is going well. You may be happy because it is growing. You may be overjoyed because it appears to be growing beyond your expectations. But then you come to a point where you ask yourself, "What is next?" "What do I have to do now?"

4.  Financial Success

The 6 Principles of Financial Success
Here are the six principles that will help entrepreneurs plan for the future:
1.            Look after your personal liquidity: Make sure you have sufficient personal working capital outside the business in case the economy turns bad.
2.            Manage your information: Make sure you have all the information available about your business financial situation at your fingertips, so you can delegate or set different levels of authority, as needed.
3.            Look after your staff: Always plan for your employees' future needs.
4.            Create a reserve in your business: When times are good don't spend the excess cash, put it into reserve so there will be funds for a 'rainy day'....

Advantages :
being successful involves massess of money and affluent life which automatically leads to enjoying the pleasures and comforts beyond one’s imaginations and having every wish and desire fulfilled instantly without any problems. Consequently such a person just do not need to care about anything, everything is under his control.

Disadvatages:
some people work so hard for their success, that they seldom have time for a family and entertainment. Being so involved in their worldly mission means they can not pay any attention to what happens arround them. No own life, just in pursuit of dreams which sometimes seem to be unable to reach.

Success factors :
·       Identify your passions. Before you can achieve success, you will have to define what success means to you. While it may take years to realize what you want to do with your life, identifying your passions, interests, and values will help you set goals and give your life a sense of meaning.
·       Make a list of your goals, and what you might do to achieve them. Be sure to address both short-term and long-term goals; try to think beyond financial/career goals.
·       Live purposefully. In order to achieve your dreams and be the person you want to be, you will have to start paying attention to your actions. Ask yourself, is what I'm doing going to lead me to where I want to be in life?
·
Be educated.
Education gives you the knowledge, skills, and credibility to achieve your maximum potential. In terms of financial success, statistics have shown that the more education you have (i.e. the higher degree you achieve), the more money you are likely to make.
·       Manage your finances. Learning how to manage your money will help ensure your financial stability over time, regardless of your income.
·       Manage your time. Putting off important tasks until the last minute can cause you unnecessary stress, and increases the likelihood of errors. Manage your time so that you have enough time to complete a task effectively.

Redoing:
Well you have to except some problems in way to the success
·
Be persistent.
You're going to fail — that much is a given. What will define you is how you pick yourself up after you've fallen. Don't give up. If your first attempt didn't work, don't quit.
·
Accept that life is unfair. It's a fact. You can moan about it and wish that it were different, or you can go out there and do something about it. So stop wasting time about the unfairness of it all and think how to use the situation for your benefit.
·       Remember that success does not guarantee happiness. Success is equated with achieving a goal, but don't assume it will always bring happiness. Many people make the mistake that if they accomplish this or that, they'll be happier.

Success story about UAE :

Shaikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan was an honourable man who earned widespread respect, as he became a great leader, relying on his impeccable faith and legendary intuition. A first assessment of his significant contributions to Emirati, Arab, Muslim and international affairs must be his conscious efforts to transform a backwater hamlet into a vibrant country, which stood for justice, generosity and the culture of life. Remembered as "the man who turned the desert green", the humble Shaikh Zayed embarked on a massive forestation scheme (more than 250 million trees planted since 1972 and counting) that literally converted some of the region's harsh desert environments into pockets of greenness.

All in all, being successful may arouse mixed feeling, but still thousands of people aim at victories. Success is important and one can only hope that people will not lose and take full advantage of its benefits.
